caste basis reservations have been 20-30 years ago when directly reflected economic status. dont think caste , financial status of individual corelate. there people of called 'scehduled' , 'backward' castes, financially sound, , beloging called upper castes craving daily bread. goverment of india not know this? or vote bank gimmick?
