old relatives! ask questions, memories on paper. i've done going older relatives memories.

ancestry brilliant site, unfortunately isn't free, , they've changed search options , not able view search results without paying, big mistake, lot of people aren't using site anymore because of this. (but can join forums lookeruppers have access ancestry - lookeruppers free sure thank researchers)
genealogy dot com, has brilliant forums (genforum) wonderful people lookups free. (surnames in capitals)
rootschat, site join - way find contacts , more lookeruppers.
depending on located, there should family history indexes & databases search online.
don't forget census records country, brilliant way find occupations, addressses, other - unknown family members, ages etc.

genesreunited, brilliant site join. charge, i'm non paying member , have received literally dozens , dozens of contacts via site. can put tree there.

heritage, put tree free, add pics.

tribal pages, put tree up.

lost cousins - if have census records various countries, britain, add these ancestors names included in record. site uses search codec using source/reference number input.

join genealogy , family history forums, can google out ones.
