Car Problem Pontiac Grand Prix '98?

driving car month ago when stopped on me. i'm not sure happened, because car had given me no other problems or signs wrong it.

oil light came lit on dashboard, , everytime turned on , put in gear turn off. noticed car leaking oil, i'm not sure leaking from. when turn on car, struggles , have press accelerator in order turn on, struggles stay on, , turns off after several seconds, or after put in gear, , doesnt run inch.
