What could be wrong with my Fusion FE-402 Car Audio Amplifier (stopped working)?

hi have 3 year old fusion fe-402 car audio amplifier moved old car new car (along subwoofer). amp worked great week, yesterday went listen music amp cut out on volume. continued listening music @ half volume, morning went listen music again red light on of amp flashing. checked connections (which good) , checked voltage good. tried again, red light turns on , fades out (with no green light whatsoever). inline 12v power fuse intact. removed amp fuse intact.

amp dead? can fixed? ideas?!
