Need help determining my poetry's ability to capture the reader?

1 day write book, nothing poetry. , want sure poetry grabs attention of reader. think sounds kind of same. thats me. ive been told pretty good, few exceptions. have been called "hopeless romantic" , have taken term nickname. poetry illustrates ramanticism, in both dark , lighter ways. exception of few stories-poems. if go space blog, , check out, either comment there or answer question , let me knw might need change obtain goal of grabbing readers attention.
