Car Audio no longer works?

*started car slid face plate onto it, , nothing, didnt light

installed new radio week prior,

checked fuse related radio on cars fuse box, looks fine. (by eye)
checked fuse on of stereo (looked fine aswell)
checked wiring in of radio, seemed fine
reinstalled old radio 1 no longer works either (which makes me think somthin car or cars wiring did work
when reset button pushed on stereo somthing mechanical happens inside makes me believe getting power
