Can someone have tri-citizenship with Canada, The United States of America & Nicaragua?

hello i'm trying find out if legal have tri-citizenship. being 16, right prime legal document done when i'm older. both of patents born in nicaragua (that’s in central america). mother though became american citizen before born. i'm canadian citizen right now, because born in canada, want become nicaraguan & american citizen through parents. when reading mother american passport said can loss there american citizenship getting naturalized foreign nation , things of nature. came understanding if american citizenship first nicaraguan citizenship run risk of losing american citizenship. i'm wondering, if nicaraguan citizenship first american citizenship after legal , acceptable of these countries , not lose of them?
