Why do people put other people down for being on section 8? ?

isn't folks have money & others don't. major reason have more work hard it. can still work hard & in need of welfare program section 8 reasons beyond control. however, in many cases there have been irresponsible life choices have contributed necessity of using taxpayers' money basic subsistence.

yes, life deals unkind blows--abusive partners, job losses, medical problems. section 8 landlord have seen these problems & more. however, in of many situations have seen there underlying problems stemming poor choices. choosing remain uneducated, take & deal drugs, not use birth control, take in partner after 1 night in bar, or not work--those examples i've seen taxpayer resent.

there situations individual living on public funds not bear responsibility his/her circumstances. have seen situations grandmothers have had take in multiple children, & reason have been forced rely on section 8 housing. however, in cases, closer examination reveals grandmother lacked parenting skills own children, & contributed child dumping generation of offspring on both relative & taxpayer.

don't know circumstances of others putting down being on section 8, & perhaps judging harshly or quickly. detect attitude of irresponsibility in question? there valid reason unable support yourself?

have strong commitment bettering community, & neighbor want in need. however, expect recipients of public aid not abuse our social welfare system. if others looking down @ because of circumstances totally beyond control, wrongfully judge, & hope able make of life prove errors.
