without knowing state of printer, here's somethings should do. make sure printer in working order (has not been damaged, dropped or banged-up). check have proper power cable , connected printer , wall outlet. next make sure have latest drivers printer, manufacturer (either down load or cd). check printer has ink or toner , cartridges not old. check printer connected computer via data cable. finally, open printer folder in control panel , click on add new printer install printer. luck friend!
