Does anyone know of a good accountant who can file taxes for both california & canada?

here's situation. we're newly married. have w-2. husband have w-2 has condo in canada started renting out year. (we wanted sell condo no 1 buy because of economy. we're still paying mortgage on condo. opted rent out because we're losing money on it.) we're living in california renting apartment. other that, has 401k & stocks less $15k.

there reliable accountant/ accounting firm out there can charge reasonable price? 1 have right charging $1,100. (too expensive)

or recommendations appreciated...
