Training for 75km road ride...need advice?


started commuting work 25 miles day start training ride. rode route last weekend , spent afterwards. legs hurt recovered yesterday. ride sunday , i'm wondering if should rides ready it. plan on starting commute tommorrow (thurs) since legs normal.
did feel didn't enough food in system last weekend , bonked @ end.

have thurs, fri, , sat riding in. should commute work , spin 25miles day or should longer rides in. eat night before , morning of 75k ride?
