How could i make myself better at art?

practice, practice, practice.
carry small sketch book wherever go , make quick studies of people, places, whatever catches eye. don't worry making "perfect" drawing. try capture movement or feeling of see. (picasso master of this!)
@ lots of art -- in books , magazines, on line; go exhibitions. observe other artists do, how use medium/ media. results? how it? differently? why?
art observation, examination , interpretation.
more look, more you'll see.
but, whether take lessons or not, getting "good" @ going take time. what's quote? "practice makes perfect."
and, far i'm concerned, 1 never stops learning until keel over.
