93 Nissan Altima 2.4 L. has a miss in the motor?

have 93 nissan altima. it's got 2.4 l motor. when got in start it, car running rough. husband has changed plug wires, distrubtor, plugs , cap. , miss still in motor. when take plug wires off 1 @ time, ones fire except one. doesn't when take wire off, have done compression check , in 120 range. have checked converter , doesn't red, car doesn't run hot ...what else wrong , other test can do! thanks!!!
