Can a Homeowners Association Tow a boat from Private area?

have boat stored on side of house. own property , have full deed land.
have homeowners association in our community maintains common areas. boat not stored in common area on own property in yard,
boats not supposed parked in sight of road, new purchase. going build fence have permits etc... takes bit of time in florida.
rep homeowners association came , advised have have boat towed because violates association rules.
plan on hiding stated takes time paperwork together.
question can association come on private property , tow registered boat violation of homeowners rules?
