Any way to find out what the 2008 Toyota Highlander lease is going to be NEXT month?

live in california , husband looking @ leasing 2008 toyota highlander .. right lease 'special' $289 month (which don't think 'special'. .. think it's regular rate)
anyway, lease 'special' until march 4th , new lease option coming out.
there way find out lease option going on march 4th?
contacted our local toyota dealer , said have no way know.
out there work toyota , have inside on upcoming lease option is??

also, can negotiate lease option? or set in stone toyota?

(we don't have trade in or .. husband leasing 2006 ford f1-50 , lease in april , he's looking @ leasing suv) .. don't have trade in value or worry about.
