2002 Nissan Sentra Left Turn Signal Problem?

make sure correct bulbs in place begin with. second ground problem. reason light work need power , ground. when not have ground circuit tries find though other circuits causing weird things happen. third if there short , tried fix bigger fuse. have wires melted together. causing mixed circuit problems.
these problems favorite fix. 16 yrs ase retired

i have problem nissan sentra. when beam on, left signal , emergency light lit solid , not blinking @ all. right signal works. but, when turn off beam, right & emergency lights works fine. has idea going on nissan? thank you.
