Why won't my mom build a movie theater?!!?!?

should not try force mom anything. don't realize it, being mean mom when pester it. how if mom asked why don't build skyscraper or motorcycle, right now?

there lot of things go creating business, , theater business. may mom not have money, or capital, build movie theater. expensive (cost lot of money). in order such thing, she'd need lot of work. it's unrealistic think mom can build movie theater. there lots of things in way of putting buildings , making theater. full time job.

can't of right because has job put food on table both of you. it's not fair of demand mom build theater, unless extremely wealthy (a billionaire). billionaire? know how costs survive right now?

build theater, need check see owner of lot is, , if willing sell. might not be. need check zoning laws of city make sure theater allowed there. need investors (to money building, city fees, lawyers, maintenance, etc.), lawyers, , engineers survey lot. need hire architect make plan. need hire accountants see if business make money. accountants need figure out how cost make building, , business earn based on population of city , surrounding area, rival theaters, , demand theater. need submit business proposal city live in, , decide whether or not allow theater built. these things don't go through first time. there more, think idea now. takes lot of work , capital done, mom doesn't have.

so, answer question, not have resources build theater, , no - can't force it, nor should try. have thought of how mom feels it? has made clear doesn't want run one, respectful of , accept it. mom , should nice her; taking care of , should grateful.

i dont understand how possible. there demolished drive-in theater next on same road our home....but mom wont build one.... can make build one?
