carfax isn't reliable source of information. have dmv check if possible. don't believe pei not issue titles vehicles, wrong. may want contact canadian dmv equivalent , ask sure. think there may fishy here.

this car titled in usa , sold woman in canada(pei). tells me pei canada not issue titles? has registration.there 14 digits in v.i.n. in 1974 can not run "car fax" report..please help!!!!!!!!!!!
