Help - Printer Problems?

dell 1710 has been failing print day. says there paper jam (the light on printer indicates this). have checked , double check components - no paper jam. have tried turn printer on , off again (several times) see if needs reset , error light still comes up. cannot print documents.

advice?
or can direct me computer web site?
