ok, bought used 2003 subaru forester dealership nearby on april 1st. barely drove it. drove maine last week, left on 30th of may, , when got hotel, husband smell antifreeze.
called dealership next morning, , advised me have towed local subaru dealer. well, bought warranty well. after days of phone calls, , different answers wrong it, home , still don't have our car. warranty company denied claim, saying engine tamperred with. car needs new engine entirely. first, said head gasket, this. anyways, i've been on phone 2 days w/ dealership here, in maine, , stupid warranty company (united car care)..., , still, no answers. had drive rental home on sunday. now, still don't know going pay rental , cost of repairs. lemon law apply situation?
