My Subaru won't shut off, help!?

2005 subaru sti not shut off when take key out of ignition. turn key off , radio , ac turn off engine keeps running. have stall out kill engine. otherwise car seems fine. has 60000 miles , stock except cobb stage 1 map. usdm car imported canada. when did had daytime running lights installed. should try remedy this, or needs replacing? has immobilizer chip in key removing key doesn't kill engine.
