2004 mazda 3 wont start after oil changing incident.?

own 2004 mazda 3 , wont start. changed oil today, had incident. previous oil filters seal stuck car, , when put new 1 on didn't have seal (i didn't realize this). started car, , began hear noise. looked under car , there oil spewing out around filter. replaced filter , oil, put car in neutral , pushed 5 feet wouldn't have lay in puddle of oil. did leave key on took other car more oil , kitty litter clean mess. ive done right there. has been on charger , hour now, , still no results. reset computer on car, incase tripped electronic switch drop in pressure, , still no results. so, have advice?
