Really want to go to college, where do I start?

i'm 25, , want start going college. want in art, teaching certification, , when go kean universities' site seems offer classes in fine arts field:

unfortunately have no idea means. lol. need looking am. "general education: visual thinking" when suppose take class? major requirements , electives choose spanned out 4 years or what? i'm not stupid man, (not stupid n e way, graduated private college prep high school, , ain't bad) feel sooooo lost. i'm not sure start , should doing. if n e 1 can give me hand, or sort of outline of need do, i'd obliged. know has been asked b4, needed ask more personal way. thanx. :)
