Policies towards art/theatre in elizabethan england?

elizabethan era during renaissance, art, theatre , fields architecture expanding across europe.

in elizabethan england however, arts covered entertainment. drama, plays in general... name it! whenever queen's (elizabeth's) court have kind of function, or function royalty or swelath happening, entertainment provided. incredibly different medieval era, in ranaissance, entertainment involve acting , dancing, not deformed humans , dwarfs have used in middle ages.

outside dinner entertainment, english renaissance theatre , opera industries expanding greatly. modern playwrights had come in after all. shakespeare... popular playwright of time, nnot one. there other playwrights , authors such christoper marlow, john fletcher, francis beaumont, thomas middleton , thomas kyd.

basically, in europe after middle ages , during renaissance welcomed theatre , arts. after time of new birth, exploration , whole new age of learning.

hope helped!
