How you concentrate 100% at the Time of Studies? i am Philosophy Honors 1 year student?help me please?

few minutes ago had given logic paper , had given in great way , think highest marks in class

had few problems
1 suffring negative thinking,when studies think negative thoughts time , burn blood , cant able concentrate on studies.
if study 3 hours in reality had study 15 minutes
2 suffring constapation , due got headache time,
had done applications,i had done lot of water,i take fiber in diet cant able cure constapation @ all,sometime feel should sucide,due thin , body had became weak.
