PRINTER not working?

make sure printer driver installed. control panel -> system->hard ware tab->device manger. unstalled driver show yellow question on device. after driver installed. install printer. go start->all programs->printers & faxes on left panel click add printer , follow wizard.

my printer no working. ink light comes on full of ink. have epson stylus cx4400 printer.it plugged . can fix it?
