Help! opening a teen theater workshop?

first of must have training design..what kind of workshop giving. state objectives , expectations of participants. theater workshop..you may need teach basic acting skills, body movements, history of theater, kind of theater, dance , movements, parts of stage, mask making..you can have variety of activites..start basics..then maybe culminating activity, present play have learn...break leg!!
