GCSE static electricity - refueling aircraft?
if remember science @ skool static electricity surfaces gain or lose electrons. if u rub 1 surface lose electrons making positively charged, whilst other surface gain electrons - making negatively charged. charge builds air insulation between them can no longer act insulator and, opposite charges attract, charge finds earth point or joins together. hope of help.
i need know static electricity when refueling aircraft cant seem find anything. have no idea goes on. need short (paragraph) explanation not detail
