I need help fixing my 1999 Mazda Millenia...?

need more info help. mazda millenia available 2 engines. 2.3l miller cycle supercharged engine or 2.5l naturally aspirated engine. each engine entirely different animal. suggest taking reputable shop in area or (dare it??) dealer. ahhhhh!!!!! yeah said , in 7 days have take car there or die! kidding. take dealer diagnostic check over. trained work on mazdas. have service manuals cost lots of money on 99 mazda millenia, , not haynes or chilton 95-02 mazda millenia. have diagnostic equipment cost several thousands of dollars. (the latest diag system around 8g's not including laptop.)

my car turns off on occasions uphill or when try accelerate rapidly. found out if press lightly on gas many times...it's harder turn off. before turns off kinda stutters , kicks giving car few big jerks. can tell me possible problems car?
