understand under no circumstance have collect hst items exported out of country.

not selling own items on ebay, brokering sales drop shipping company
, keeping portion of sales proceeds.

curious ... if not stock or ship items list on ebay, , hand sale on
drop shipping company not located in canada, responsible collect hst, or actual company stocking, supplying , shipping product responsible collecting taxes.
