Car Audio - Ipod - Video Out?

hey guys, im upgrading sound system in mazda protege 5.

heres how set up.

pioneer deck external lcd monitor.

lcd monitor has 2 video ins.

have thought of 3 possible options on how this.

#1:
here thinking, need new deck multiple rca in, 1 ps2, , 1 ipod touch. need ipod composite cable hook touch car audio through deck, , lcd monitor through video in. composite cable can hook usb car adapter charge ipod @ same time.

#2: (which im not sure work :s)
buy new "ipod ready" decks, ipod integration , jazz.the deck need video out port run external lcd monitor. more attractive option since id have interaction deck lcd.

ideas? ahead of time!
