I have a 1995 pontiac grand prix and the security light keeps coming on, I have done everything the book told ?

had problem lights going on saying "security" in 1995 pontiac bonneville. turned out ignition key has chip in it. chip in ignition key worn out literally ignition not let me start car of time. had go pontiac dealer repair place, had make exact duplicate of car's ignition key, , had no problems security ever since.

me do; clean, use key. besides going dealer, there else can fix or disable it?
