What do you think (Commuting question)?

we're have our first child in april , live in condo in town central both our jobs. drive 20 minutes 1 way work while husband drives 20 minutes in opposite direction. schools here mediocre. considering moving town better school system. put hubby closer work , increase commute 30 minutes (20 miles). closer both our parents. job allows me telecommute too. problem have have drive through tunnel , it's traffic bottleneck time time...not time. have stomach issues feel uncomfortable being in car long period of time (i think it's in head though). want what's best our baby. thoughts?
