husband , moving st. louis san francisco... love weather , feel great place raise our children (st. louis awesome, segregated , has horrible schools). want children have more opportunities did , way out of st. louie! i've been san fran before never of outside areas. love live in city don't have money of yet, love recommendations on cheaper, safe areas outside city family friendly , still allow me commute! areas bit more artsy ans eclectic!
