Do you use forums to advertise?

agree recommendation, disagree based on reasoning.

forums don't let advertise. have specific toa/terms prohibit forum posters advertising.

makes forums unreliable "advertising" medium. however, forums can way "some" word of mouth. if allow have signature file link - , if contribute lot forum, have chance of establishing authority, getting other forum members link site, , ultimately, people coming based on positive referrals.

advertising in forums not good.

i wouldn't recommend because have lot of jokers out there play around on internet , seems it'd waste of time. agree or disagree?
