Tax breaks, rebates, tax relief, are we asking the right question?

way @ it, tax breaks, rebates , tax relief handouts someone. if give 3% tax break corporations , wealthy, handout didn’t have before. if give tax break, rebate or tax relief tax paying middle class, handout did not have before. if give check not pay taxes , call tax relief, still handout.
i think question have address option (if any) best america, american jobs , therefore american people whole.
we saw lack of results when stimulus package handed out last june , july. money in 98% of households went pay down debt or pay every day living expenses. statistics show little of went retail markets , smaller amount went savings. did bring increase in jobs? not! our jobless rate higher then. can believe giving tax relief or tax cuts or rebates again middle class , poor going result in overall improvement in nation’s economy?
during years of “reganomics” (trickle down economics), united states saw unprecedented growth in jobs , general strength , vigor in stock markets. no tax relief or handouts given middle class….yet overall state of middle class americans improved substantially jobs became easier , new innovations , inventions made our lives easier. stands reason providing incentives large , small businesses alike…rather individuals more create jobs ..thus better economy of us.
the problem see sen. obama’s tax policy is counting on american people receive tax relief somehow join build better american economy all. our experience stimulus package has shown not happen.
the problem mccain’s tax policy is counting on goodness of corporations , rich use tax breaks create new jobs. frankly, without specific requirements must met corporations , largest of called small business sector, not guaranteed either.
my proposal keep in place tax levels given large corporations, insist meet specific requirements remain @ level. requirements such as, no jobs being outsourced other countries , outsourced must brought america , american workers. requirement funds belonging these corporations can not placed in offshore accounts, must remain in american financial institutions. proposal believe lower jobless rate improving overall economy. when people have jobs, economy grows. businesses become more profitable demand products becomes greater.
john mccain comes closer obama being able this.
