Returning to Canada from Hong Kong

i'll going hong kong month, , know i'll buying things.

have canadian passport, resident etc.

know if there's limit on how can buy, , bring canada without having pay taxes/duties? (i'm not sure they're called)

example, if come states after being there more 7 days, can't bring on 750 cdn without having declare? , pay duties? still 750cdn if stay in hk month?

i've never gone on limit, i'm not sure do...if go on it, have declare upon re-entry, fill out forms , pay duties on amount have on 750?

happens if still have either cdn or hong kong money/cash in wallet? count towards 750 well?
