hello, citizen working in india. have option go full time consulting gig indian company consulting for. question is...

consultant, had pay on consultation income (after deducting expenses) se tax 15.30% irs. in addition whatever taxes owe indian govt on consultation income after deducting expenses. if go full time employee of indian company, withholding 33.99% of gross income.

wondering better option me in situation? consulting gig se tax us+regular taxes indian govt (upto 30% after deductions) or full time employee indian company?
