Can the material used for aircraft tires be used for regular car tires?

materials in fact pretty same, design different. others have explained, airplane tires not work on autos , more expensive can buy now. fly plane tires approximately same size standard car tire , cost on $600 apiece.

auto tires engineered , constructed , quality has improved dramatically on years. in 1970's, top-of-the-line michelin tires 40,000 miles top speed rating of 100mph , cost $100 each. today, best passenger tires can go 80,000 miles @ speeds 130mph...and cost $150 each. adjusting inflation, cheaper today 30 years ago, , far better tires.

aircraft tires can carry heavy loads @ tremendous speeds, unlike regular car tires....so possible material used aircraft tires molded size of regular car tire , used brakes , jumping cars on high heights?
