Why is the transmission slipping when I first take off in my 2006 Nissan Altima?

purchased 06 nissan altima 3 weeks ago. twice when taking off @ around 5 - 10 mph car rev high , slip drive roughly. car has 36k miles , serviced regularly previous owner. took local nissan dealer , drove , hooked , not find problems it. seems shift hard going 2nd gear every once in while. fluid looks , car runs great 95% of time. appreciated, because need make sure fixed while under powertrain warranty.
