How do I open a fullscreen application to secondary monitor?

running dual-monitor system in windows xp. use (smaller) primary monitor out left , larger monitor in center. center monitor secondary monitor.

when open fullscreen application (ie games), opens primary monitor. want these open secondary monitor. use multi-arrows move windows, doesn't work on fullscreen apps.

have tried using ati hydravision (i have ati card) set individual application settings force open on secondary monitor. no luck there.
