having trouble finding out if there duty/tax on importing books usa canada. want buy 150$ usd worth of mangas (cause cheaper buying them here, shipping included) dont know if customs tax me on or add random fees. @ best, know custom check random luck if dont pay anything, know nothing else have pay.
