- no more 30min train commute victoria.
- don't want change trains
- want pay £750-£800 preferably 2 bed flat. (no flat share)
- need quiet place live. don't need pubs, schools etc. - can drive nearest supermarket/shops.
- needs 1/2 mile walk nearest rail station.

east croydon option , norbury, streatham, thronton heath etc. don't know how these areas live. checking if of know specific road or area good.
