Printer problem - please help!?

-

vista computers:
1) goto control panel
2) goto pinters
3) click on printer little green check mark on
4) open quory or double click on
5) see if there thing in quory, if delete

xp computers:
1) goto start
2)goto printers (if not follow step 1 - 3 on list above)
3) open quory, , see if there on it, if delet or cancel prints. can found in "file" pull down menu

on printer:
there should cancel jobs button if there isnt, unplug printer , plug in again. if still have problems email me @ kevinwjklimeck@comcast.net

i have hp inkjet - connected laptop print. has no trouble doing so. ran out of paper in printer last night. added paper , since can't print. printer status box says printer offline.

how go online again?
