I have a financial aid question....?

received 2008 federal financial aid booklet put out each year. in booklet on page 34 or 35 says if work non or not profit organization works high risk kids , families federal stafford loans can forgiven to100%. work @ such place , hubby. called , asked our loan provider , said no wasn't true. how can object when in booklet without stipulations other working there full time? think they don't know, or think hoping won't push it?
