How are Americans different than people of other nationalities?

we've hosted several foreign exchange students on past 5 years. think, @ least teenagers seem more responsible american teens. tend eat healthier, walk more, have immpecable manners, courteous, appreciative...and seems goal oriented. asian students had girls , think asian girls much more modest american girls, refreshing. have high degree of self respect!!!

thought interesting, too...upon finishing meal germans, french, , asians sit around table , talk each other. couple of hours!! such novel idea, family @ least. americans rushing whatever next! find laid lifestyle refreshing.

i notice americans smoke less. other differences?
