(4 weeks ago) went out onto maternity leave. had of disability forms in order , sent in. there no issues of them. yesterday got letter disability company stating not able fulfill claim due issue employer. contacted employer today find out way behind on payments disability insurance provider, , working come date on payments. here 4 weeks leave without 2 dimes rub together, there can do?
