Craigslist advertising...? how to....?

seo's don't use craigslist... have in past used craigslist , have been sure include city name in it. example: if posting in atlanta , providing mechanic services. in both ad , title - you'd write atlanta mechanic services... or mechanic services around atlantic area. can rank on search engines. if post same messages in each city, cl kick off we'd try post 1 or 2 ads day (if that). don't want spam site.

so posted ad on craigslist link site. stayed , did not taken down. question how seo's use craigslist? post same message in different cities. need know basics!
