section: 3 heading: prohibition of tattooing of persons under age of 18 years


(1) subject subsection (2), shall offence tattoo person under age of 18 years except when tattoo performed medical reasons registered medical practitioner.
(2) shall defence person charged offence under subsection (1) show @ time tattoo performed had reasonable cause believe, , did believe, person tattooed on age of 18 years.
(3) person guilty of offence under subsection (1) shall liable fine of $1000 or, in case of second or subsequent conviction, fine of $5000 , imprisonment 3 months
