Printer Help Please!?

try page notepad or wordpad in plain text. re-load printer drivers. try internal demo page printer if has function (you haven't said flavor of printer). have @ sites fixya , fixyourownprinter.

my printer starts each page in black color turns green part way down page. have changed black cartridge , put in new one. didn't help. each new page still starts black , turns green although there less , less black time goes on. idea cause this?
